He has operated at every level of the mortgage stack from broker to banker to executive leadership giving him a rare, end-to-end understanding of how loans are actually built, verified, and approved.
Throughout his career, he has worked directly alongside underwriting teams, identifying systemic inefficiencies in verification, documentation, and risk assessment.
